Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your service after a technician has arrived, a $49 cancellation fee may apply in addition to the trip charge.

Suntrust Locksmith is committed to providing secure and professional workmanship that our customers can rely on. Our warranty service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Holidays, special dates, and business posted non working days are excluded from warranty availability.
Please be advised that no warranty is provided for parts, keys, or locks supplied by the customer. We also do not offer warranty coverage in situations where another company or individual has previously serviced, installed, or tampered with the lock or hardware. If we are requested to correct or repair work done by someone else, this is not eligible for warranty service.
